Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Ilha purchase. If something isn't quite right, we've made our return and exchange process as simple as possible.

Exchange Policy

We gladly offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

You may exchange your item for:

• A different size (subject to availability).
• Another product available on our website.

If the new product is:

• Higher in value: You'll only need to pay the difference.
• Lower in value: The remaining balance will be added to your Ilha Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Return Policy

If you'd like to return your order, please raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

Once your return is approved and passes our quality check, the refund will be processed after deducting a ₹199 reverse shipment fee from the amount paid and the remaining amount will be returned to the orginal payment method within 7-10 working days.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, or any damage.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, dust bags, or additional items received with the order.
• Pass our quality inspection upon receipt.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Store Credit

Any amount remaining after an exchange for a lower-priced product will be issued as Ilha Store Credit.

Store Credit:

• Has no cash value.
• Cannot be transferred to another account.
• Can be redeemed on future purchases made on our website.

Reverse Shipment Fee

A ₹199 reverse shipment fee will be deducted from all approved returns. This fee covers reverse pickup, quality inspection, and processing costs.

Important Notes

• Return and exchange requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated.
• Ilha reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
